Our story

Ember & Oak started in 2019 as a weekend farmers-market cart. Two years later we opened our first shop with a used 15-kilo roaster and a lot of optimism.

Today we run two cafés and a wholesale program for local restaurants, but the idea is the same: roast carefully, pay farmers fairly, and make good coffee easy to find.
